As the clock reaches the end of day 13, I have stuck with my goal. Friday was the toughest day so far. My uncle was in town for a ski team reunion, which he invited me too. At the event there was tenderloin served with sweet and red potatoes, broccoli and glazed carrots. Everyone I knew there asked me how I liked the tenderloin and I would tell them the story of my 30 day religion. All said "too bad, it was delicious," plus I would couldn't have any of the sauces because chicken stock was used. The sides were good, though. Some people have been asking if I will stick with being a vegetarian after the 30 days. I haven't thought on it much, but I will keep it in mind for my next post.
